TANGO

Tango is a partner dance originating from the 1800s with influences of African, Native American and European cultures. While there are many variations, the popular dance style is characterized by sensual or emotional movement set to the distinctive style of music that bears its name.

SALSA

With Caribbean and Puerto Rican origins, Salsa is a ballroom dance set to the lively style of music for which it is named. It is a lead and follow partner dance with many recognized variations. It has taken on a modern flair, fusing old and new styles alike.

BALLROOM

Ballroom dance is a set of partner dances that encompass a number of older, folk dances such as the waltz, tango, rumba and cha-cha along with newer styles such as the foxtrot and quickstep. While formal, these dances can be enjoyed socially or competitively.

SWING

Swing dance is a group of dances that emerged with a particular style of jazz music in the 1920s–1940s. It is a high-energy style of dance distinguished by lots of bounce, spins and turns.

CHA CHA

The Cha-Cha is a fast-paced, Latin ballroom dance similar to the mambo. it follows the quick, three-step rhythm and is danced to the music of the same named introduced by a Cuban composer in the 1950s.​
